We've just released #Halcyon 1.1.6 which has an completely rewritten "who to follow" function.The follow recommendations should now make much more sense.It's powered by the Vinayaka API by Distsn.
You can download the release from https://github.com/halcyon-suite/halcyon/releases/tag/1.1.6 but please be sure not to delete your config.ini or the contents of the "data" directory if you upgrade from an older version.Additionally an change in the config.ini is required,see the new config.ini.sample.
